I'm not receiving an email to update my password. What should I do?

Most likely you are either using the incorrect email address, or you never verified your email when you originally set up your BiblioBoard username.  Contact support and we'll be able to help you.  You'll need to provide your BiblioBoard username and/or email address and we'll add it to your profile.  When you receive the email verification, be sure to click on the link for future password support. Always be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
